The officers involved are: Officer Frank McIntyre, Officer Edgar Aguilera and Officer Valeria Robles. Senior Officer Rick Wimbish was the officer who used the taser. Conflicts of interest: 1 of the officers on duty felt nonlethal force was necessary, whereas the other 3 must have feared for their lives and shot to kill. In the video interviews located here according to KBAK/KBFX, the first witness interviewed is named Salvador Gonzalez. Whereas in all other accounts, the same witness is identified as Aaron Caldera.

After some research, Aaron Andrew Caldera is the witness' name. It's important to notice the orientation of the wreck, it looks as if the jeep hit the light pole head on at a high rate of speed. However the wreckage shows the car aligned perpendicular to Mount Vernon, and according to police, he was headed north on Mount Vernon.
